PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a packaging structure wherein a transparently viewable information mentioning area of a cover sheet is increased, and also the structures is easily developed from a folded state of the cover sheet into a form for use. SOLUTION: The packaging structure includes a disk holder 1 where a disk or the like is received, a folding piece 23 for fixing the disk holder 1, and other folding pieces 21, 22 to be foldably coupled with the folding piece 23. One of magnetized parts 5 is provided at a free end of the folding piece 21 which is folded at the end, the other magnetized part 6 for magnetizing a state where all folding pieces have been folded is provided on the other folding piece or the disk holder 1 corresponding to the magnetized part 5 when the folding piece 21 is folded, and while at least one of the folding pieces is overlaid on the disk holder 1, a packaging film 3 wraps from the exterior so that the structure can be transparently viewed. While the folding piece 22 of the cover sheet 2 is overlaid on the disk holder 1 and the other folding piece 21 is developed, the structure is wrapped by the packaging film 3. In addition, the folding piece 21 is folded along with the packaging film 3 to be overlaid on the disk holder 1, and the magnetized parts 5, 6 are used to keep all of the folding pieces folded.
