PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate operations for locking and unlocking a lock-function- equipped connector provided at a telephone holder, etc. SOLUTION: This connector module 20 has a lock-function-equipped connector 23 enclosed in a case 21B, for locking and unlocking connector coupling through the operation of an operated part 23b, and a telephone holder uses the connector module 20. The lock-function-equipped connector 23 is energized toward a mating connector by a compression coil spring 26, and a connector operating part 21k operates the part 23b, so that when the connector 23 is made to advance by the energizing force, the connector 23 is held in an unlocked condition, while when the connector 23 is made to recede by the connector coupling, the connector is held in a locked condition. A cover with a projecting part 22f is mounted on the connector 23 and the projecting part is locked to a connector locking pin at a locking position and is unlocked, when the connector 23 is pushed farther in from that position.
