PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a complex surface-geometric shape having an optimum visible surface by making a surface-shaped molding member having a desired surface profile in advance in a preceding step. SOLUTION: In order to manufacture a surface-shaped molding member having a desired surface profile in advance in a preceding step, a surface-shaped deformable decorative material 2 is inserted into a different pre-molding tool for giving a profile or a pre-molding mold 1 and pre-molded in a desired shape by a pre-molding punch 3. Next, a pre-molded decorative material is inserted into a production tool for giving a profile or a production mold. A double-wall hollow molding having the back part blow molded decorative material is produced. In this process, the material is sprayed selectively on the surface of the different tool for giving a profile or the production tool to manufacture the surface-shaped molding material in advance. Moreover, surface decoration is coated with a compact material or an expandable material on the back side and then pre-molded.
