PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an IC card vending and money receiving machine which is easily operated as an IC card system and has superior security. SOLUTION: The IC card processor which process different kind of IC cards is equipped with an IC card reception part 12 which receives an IC card, a read part which reads data out of the IC card received by this reception part 12, and a judgement part which judges the kind of the IC card according to the data read by the read part. The judgement part is thus provided, so the IC card processor is able to judge the kind of the IC card and process the IC card corresponding to the kind. Consequently, the operation of the IC card system is made very easy. Further, the process may be equipped with an illegal use judgement part which judges whether or not the IC card received by the reception part 12 was illegally used. Consequently, the IC card can be prevented from illegal use. |
