PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a process for joining polyolefin tubes which always yields good joint parts, even at in situ joining of polyolefin tubes. SOLUTION: When joining polyolefin tubes via polyolefin joints having larger diameters than those of the polyolefin tubes, a polyolefin tube and a polyolefin joint, wherein both or either the outer surface of the tube and/or the inner surface of the joint are formed from an acid-modified polyolefin, are used, and the joint part is heated under a condition wherein a treating agent containing an amino group-containing silicon compound is present between the tube and the joint. |
