PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink jet head which is free from the positional deviation of the electrode of a piezoelectric element from the ink pressure chamber of a cavity plate, even when a debinding-baking process treatment is applied. SOLUTION: A first piezoelectric ceramic layer 23A and a piezoelectric ceramic layer 23B on which a first inner electrode 27 and a second inner electrode 26 are printed respectively, and a third piezoelectric layer 23C are laminated. Further, an outer piezoelectric ceramic layer 24 is formed on the top of the laminate and an intermediate beam member 30 is formed on the bottom of the laminate, after heat pressing, a debinding-baking process is performed to obtain a lamination-type piezoelectric element provided with the intermediate beam member 30. The intermediate beam member 30 is slightly narrower than the second inner electrode 26, and the center position thereof is formed to coincide with that of the second inner electrode 26. A sectional wall 25 for debining the ink pressure chamber 23 of a cavity plate 22 is joined to the intermediate beam member 30 with an adhesive or the like.
