PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten the interval of time from the operating point of time to the switching point of time of an actual output video as much as possible when a scene is switched at the time of reproducing an interleave block part. SOLUTION: When a first channel unit is extracted among a data train, in which a unit of plural channels is interleaved and is written into a buffer 100 or written data are read out, a written pointer is obtd. in a writing pointer processing part 201, a reading pointer is obtd. in a reading pointer processing part 202 and a unit pointer is obtd. in a unit pointer processing part 203. Then, when instruction to take data of a second channel into a buffer is inputted, the writing pointer is rewritten into the unit pointer, provided that the relation between the writing pointer and the reading out pointer is satisfies prescribed conditions. The unit data of the second channel are written into the buffer from the position where this written unit pointer is shown.
