PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endoscopic instrument which can feed back the flow of fluid in sending air, sending fluid, sucking, etc., to an operator's sense so that the operator can minutely adjust/control the flow. SOLUTION: An air sending/fluid sending switch 15 and a suction switch 17 attached to a handle 9 of the scope 5 generate air sending ON/OFF signals and suction ON/OFF signals, generate signals on the air sending flow and the suction flow respectively, and send the signals to a signal processing circuit 33. The signal processing circuit 33 controls an air sending leak valve 39, an air sending pinch valve 41, a suction leak valve 53 and a suction leak valve 55, controls the air sending flow and the suction flow, and displays the flows by an indicator 65 on the visual display 63 of a TV monitor 35.
