PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exchange centralized processing system and an exchange document processor very excellent in operability and capable of reducing the labor and time of a work for correcting defectiveness or the like whereby reducing the business processing load on a business store by character- recognizing and transmitting an exchange document again even when any defectiveness or the like is present at the time of confirmation by a correction staff or the like. SOLUTION: When an already read mark is applied to an exchange document, an OCR client 11 and an OCR 12 re-reads the picture image of the exchange document to which the already read mark is applied for obtaining picture image data, and character-recognizes the exchange document for obtaining character code data. Then, the OCR client 11 and the OCR 12 transmit the re-read picture image data and the character code data to a file server 32 of a centralization center 30. |
