PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hand piece for piercing a crystalline lens film, capable of piercing a fine hole on a crystalline lens film, and incorporating a full mechanisms for piercing in compact. SOLUTION: A hand piece comprises a rotary shaft 19, a first motor for rotating the rotary shaft 19, a second motor for integrally longitudinally moving the first motor 16 and the rotary shaft 19, a trepan bar 1 demountably mounted on a point of the rotary shaft 19, a fixed outer cylinder 2 (or 2 and 3) capable of inserting the trepan bar 1 therein, and a negative pressure applying means 21 for applying the negative pressure in the trepan bar 1 and/or to a clearance between the trepan bar 1 and the fixed outer cylinder. The trepan bar 1 is ordinarily stored in the outer cylinder 2, and pushed out forwardly from the outer cylinder 2 by the second motor 11 in the piercing operation to be rotated by the first motor 16 for piercing a hole on a crystalline lens film. |
