PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a strap with an aroma function which is capable of maintaining an aroma effect for a long period and has a visual accessory characteristic as well. SOLUTION: The strap is provided with a transparent outer container 110 consisting of an upper outer container 111 and a lower outer container 112. An aroma capsule 140 is housed into the outer container 110. The aroma liquid 142 within the aroma capsule 140 evaporates at the top end of an aroma liquid penetration member 144 and dissipates outside from aroma holes 11b, by which the aroma effect may be obtained.
