PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent whole facility from floating in inundation by imposing no restriction on the installation position of the whole facility along the circumferential direction to a hand hole and by constituting it simply in the underground buried facility stored and installed in the hand hole buried underground. SOLUTION: A metal fitting connecting bracket is fixed to the outer circumferential edge in the top edge of a storage container C constituting a manhole pump control panel A and a hook plate part of a hook metal fitting E which is connected to the metal fitting connecting bracket is hooked to the rear face of the upper wall part 58 of a hand hole H with the man hole pump control panel installed in the hand hole H. The floating of the control panel A is thus prevented.
