PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject composition excellent in gloss of a coating film and adhesion thereof to substrates and further excellent in stability at the time of production and during preservation by using a fluorine-containing copolymer excellent in weather resistance. SOLUTION: This composition consists essentially of a fluorine-containing copolymer comprising (A) a fluoroolefin monomer unit and (B) an acrylic or a methacrylic ester monomer unit having a cyclohexane ring which may be substituted and having >=30 deg.C glass transition temperature, or further preferably (C) a monomer unit containing hydroxyl group or an alkoxysilyl group and, as necessary, (D) other vinyl monomers can be copolymerized. The contents of the respective monomers are preferably 5-60 mol% of the component A, 20-80 mol% of the component B, 1-20 mol% of the component C and 0-40 mol% of the component D. A pigment is preferably further contained in the composition. Thereby, excellent weather resistance, gloss of a coating film, adhesion thereof to substrates, smoothness of the coating film, or the like, can be expected.
