PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to produce large products or cast into plural molds by providing a casting ladle of slide gate type in front of the furnace, supplying molten metal into the casting ladle from the furnace, moving a heated mold to under the casting ladle by means of a mold moving line, and opening/ closing the slide gate for casting. SOLUTION: A mold heated/burnt in the gas combustion kiln is taken out with a mold take-out equipment 5 and placed in a mold container 6 on the mold moving line 3. Multiple mold containers 6 are installed for continuous casting. By operating the mold moving line 3, the mold is moved under a casting ladle 2. Molten metal supplied in advance into the casting ladle 2 from the furnace 1 is cast in the mold by opening/closing the slide gate. It is preferable that the maximum capacity of the casting ladle 2 is set at 250 kg or less in terms of an iron alloy, and the casting ladle 2 is provided with a weighing equipment, so as to cast a molten metal of weight being preset.
