PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly allow document sheet to be detached from a separation claw when strongly flexible document sheets stacked on a receiving plate are highly pushed up through the receiving plate of a magazine body by a pushing-up mechanism, and pressed against a delivery roller to feed the sheets. SOLUTION: The plan view of a pair of right and left separation claws bent at upper right and left side end parts of a forward plate 46c in a separation frame body 46 is of polygonal shape formed of a first inclined side 54b extending in the downstream paper feed side at the center in the right-to-left direction of document sheet 8 and having a small first angleθ1 of inclination, a second inclined side 54c continuous to the first inclined side 54b and having a second angleθ2 of inclination larger than the first angleθ1 of inclination, and a terminating side 54d continuous to the second inclined side 54c and extending approximately parallel to the paper feed direction.
