PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply and inexpensively form a lubricant-storing space on a retainer by accommodating a roller having a length shorter than that of a pocket in at least one pocket of a plurality of pockets for accommodating rollers. SOLUTION: A retainer 1 has a bush-like shape and a plurality of pockets having the same size for accommodating needle-like rollers 3 are circumferentially distributed and provided on the retainer 1. Accordingly, the retainer 1 comprises side rings at both sides and a web 5 linking both side rings 4 and bordering the pockets 2. In one pocket 2', a needle-like roller 3' having a length shorter than that of the needle-like roller 3 in the other pocket 2 is accommodated. Thereby, spaces 8 for accommodating a lubricant is formed at both sides of both side edge surfaces 6, 7 of the needle-like roller 3'.
