PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the electrophotographic photoreceptor capable of forming good images even in the case of repeated uses and high in durability and to provide the electrophotographic apparatus and the electrophotographic process each using this photoreceptor. SOLUTION: The electrophotographic photoreceptor is provided on a conductive substrate with at least an interlayer and a photo-conductive layer in this order, and this interlayer contains at least an inorganic pigment (P) and a binder resin (R) in a ratio P/R of 1/1-3/1, and the photosensitive layer contains at least oxotitanyl phthalocyanine.
