PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure of a parking garage easy to construct and dismantle whether it is large, medium, or small, and also provide, particularly, its dismantling method. SOLUTION: This structure of a multistory parking garage comprises a steel frame shell member 12 and a shell panel 13 which integrates a shell member 17 with an outer wall member 18, and a curved door member 19a is installed openably through a hinge 20 on the side end side of the outer wall member 18. Because the shell panels 13a and 13b are assembled on the outside of the steel frame shell member 12, for construction, a door member is opened so as to form a clearance on both side end side of the shell panel 13 for the movement of the shell panel 13, and the shell panel 13 is installed easily on the steel frame shell member 12 and, for dismantling, the door member is opened and, while the shell panel 13 is supported by a wire rope, the shell panel 13 is removed easily from the steel frame shell member 12.
