PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To determine a degree of contamination of drained oil by rotating, together with oil ejection, an oil spray nozzle which sprays oil flowing in a drain conduit toward a peripheral wall inner peripheral face at the time of draining the oil. SOLUTION: An oil spray nozzle 54 is fixed to a base 53 and comprises a nozzle 60, a turbine 59 and a display nozzle 58. When draining of oil is started, the turbine 59 and the display nozzle 58 rotate, and at the same time drained oil is ejected from an oil outlet 58a provided on the display nozzle 58 toward an inner peripheral face of a peripheral wall 51. The oil which has been ejected and came against a peripheral wall internal face drips down on a wall face while forming a thin film and is discharged from an oil discharge port 57. An amount of ejected oil is appropriately adjusted according to viscosity or the like of the oil by a flow adjust valve, whereby the most recognizable thin oil film can be obtained on the peripheral wall internal face. Thus a degree of oil contamination can be correctly determined.
