PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connecting method for a permanent form in constructing a form for a concrete retaining wall, which allows a worker to perform connecting works alone, has superior concrete binding performance, has an air escaping performance in placing, and dispensing with dismantling and removal of form support tools. SOLUTION: A panel presser plate 21 whose central part, at least, is bent into a projecting state and four corners have holes 21a bored therein and a bolt 24 are prepared, a flat plate 22 and a presser plate 21 are arranged in the outside and inside an installed form member respectively, the center of the presser plate 21 is supported by end of a separator 31, and the bolt 24 is threadly engaged with the screw hole 22a so as to fix the bottom part. Then, a new form member 1 is mounted thereon, their top parts are fixed, the form members 1 are sandwiched and fixed between the presser plate 21 and the flat plate 22.
