PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a camera-integrated printer of excellent convenience. SOLUTION: A camera-integrated printer 1 is of compact box shape to be held by a single hand, and a digital camera part comprising an image pick-up lens 5, a finder 6, a flash 7, a picked-up image call key 8, a print key 9, an operation button 10, a shutter key 12, etc., is arranged outside and inside of an upper half of a housing 2, and a printer part 3 is arranged over the whole inside. The printer part 3 is provided with an insertion/discharge port 14 of a recording paper 13, a lower discharge port 18, a grounding detection sensor 19, a thermal printing head 21 and a platen roller 22 across a recording paper carrying passage, carrying roller pairs 23a, 23b thereabove, and carrying roller pairs 24a, 24b therebelow. The printed recording paper 13 is discharged from the lower discharge port 18 if a device body is held by a hand and the grounding detection sensor is turned off, while it is discharged from the insertion/ discharge port 14 if the device body is installed on a base or a ground, and the grounding detection sensor 19 is turned on.
