PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve an appearance at unused time, and to secure strength and rigidity of a base member and/or a hook member in a hook structure switchable to a using state and an unused state by rotatably supporting an almost annular hook member by a fixing base member. SOLUTION: This hook structure has a base 1 fixed to an installing member P1 by using a bolt B and a nut N and an almost annular locking hook 10 switchable to a using state and an unused state by being rotatably supported on the base 1. In this case, the cover part 15 connected by extending the mutual opposed long side parts 12 of the locking hook is integrally arranged with the locking hook 10, and the bolt is covered with the cover part in a rotary position where an inclination of the locking hook 10 to the base 1 is not more than a prescribed value.
