<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively and automatically clean or wash a contamination when a dispensing apparatus is operated by arranging a pressure releasing inlet, a bypass inlet, and a pressure release bypass valve having at least one outlet, and opening the bypass inlet to make liquid flow to the outlet when a pump is normally operated. SOLUTION: A liquid dispensing apparatus 10 is provided with a pump 12, a hot melt adhesive is supplied from a reservoir 14 to a manifold 16, and is distributed to a plurality of a dispensing guns 18 through a heat exchanger 20 and a filter 22. A pressure release bypass valve 30 is provided with a bypass part 32 and a pressure release part 34. In the bypass part 32, liquid continuously flows from a control valve 24, and liquid pressure is released to the reservoir 14 under a high pressure condition which is not preferably. The valve 30 is communicated with a passage in the manifold 16 for continuously supplying liquid for providing a washing or cleaning function. It is thus possible to continuously wash a contamination stuck on the valve by making liquid flow from the bypass inlet to the outlet.</p> |
