PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enlarge a contact area of air not only for the internal surface of a casing but also for both front and rear surfaces of an air guide, simplify the structure, and improve the capturing efficiency of a fat content by providing the air guide having an inlet and an outlet for air generated inside, on the fan casing. SOLUTION: An air guide 4 which is provided in a fan casing 1 is constituted in such a manner that a guide plate 14 is arranged to go along the internal surface of a body section 11 with an interval, at a desired portion of the body section 11. For the fan casing 1 which is constituted in such a manner, air flows in the air guide 4 and along the surface, which is formed along the body section 11, when a multiblade fan 3 is operated. That is, the air flows while coming into contact with both, the front and the rear surfaces of the air guide 4 and the inner peripheral surface of the body section 11, and a contact area for oil mist is expanded by those portions. Therefore, a channel resistance is suppressed to be small by arranging the air guide 4 on the body core of the body section 11, and an addition, a fat content can be effectively captured and removed. |
