PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anchor bolt holding jig precisely holding an anchor bolt embedded in a concrete foundation beforehand in a prescribed position in a form for placing concrete and efficiently embedding the anchor bolt. SOLUTION: This anchor bolt holding jig is provided with an insertion part 4A for an anchor bolt 2 in a center part, a holding plate 4 whose both ends are mounted on left/right crowns 3A of a form 3, and a pair of nuts which are threadly engaged with the anchor bolt 2 inserted in the insertion part 4 and pinch the holding plate 4 from the top/bottom directions. Positioning parts 6 engaged from the left/right direction are provided in the both ends of the holding plate 4 near the left/right crowns 3A of the form 3.
