PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a thermoplastic resin composition dryable by heating at a higher temperature, having high adhesiveness and excellent blocking resistance, useful for a tacky sheet, or the like, by using a specific solid plasticizer. SOLUTION: This composition comprises (A) a thermoplastic resin and (B) a solid plasticizer. A phosphorus compound having 55-100 deg.C melting point is used as the component B. The phosphorus compound is a compound of formula I or formula II (R1 to R7 are each a hydrocarbon or a heterocyclic group; A is a bifunctional hydrocarbon or a heterocyclic group; (k) is 0 or 1; (m) is 0-3). Preferably, the composition comprises 30-500 pts.wt. of the component B based on 100 pts.wt. of the component A and further (C) a tackifier. The component A is an aqueous composition dispersed into water and has -10 to 25 deg.C glass transition temperature.
