PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for directly squeezing out the contents from a sealed bag each by a specified amount directly using the sealed bag holding the contents. SOLUTION: This method comprises the following procedure: a communicating tube 10 is connected to a sealed bag 1 with one end provided with a closed edge 3 and the other end with an squeezing edge 4 via an issue port 5 on the edge squeezing 4, and the contents 2 in the bag 1 is then pressed and fed to the tube 10 while the tube 10 is pressed to squeeze out the contents 2 each at a specified amount; wherein the sealed bag 1 is stretched longitudinally so as to direct the closed edge 3 upward while the issue edge 4 downward, a blockage position is set midway of the tube 10 so as to block the contents 2 fed from the bag 1 and a squeeze-beginning position at which the contents 2 is pressed from the outer circumference of the tube 10 and squeezed is set based on a level of squeezing out the contents, and through the squeeze- beginning position, a specified amount of the contents is squeezed out by releasing the blockage position.
