PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing device for a structure capable of fixing an equipment body by holding a piping by two pawls fixed to the equipment body without holding by a plate in the fixing to the piping and easily pressing and fixing the equipment body to the piping, even in a state that space does not exist on the rear side of the piping. SOLUTION: Within an equipment body 3, a drill 8 mounted on a bearing 10 so as to be rotatable is provided. On a lower part of the equipment body 3, a pressing part 7 for seal is provided in a contact part with piping 2. On a side lower part of the equipment body 3, a pair of left and right pawls for fixing 6 which are pivotally supported by pins 5 are provided. By tightening of thumb screws 4 mounted on upper parts of the pawls 6, the pawls 6 are rotated and piping 2 can be held.
