摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lightweight refractory structural material having sufficient strength approximately same as concrete, hard surface and wear-resistant while having light weight of a specific gravity of equal to or less than a half of concrete by mixing a specific amount of heat-resistant porous particle, in a cement structural material comprising cement and aggregate as main raw materials. SOLUTION: This lightweight refractory structural material is mainly composed of cement and aggregate as raw materials and contains 6-25wt.% of heat-resistant porous particle, and is used by mixing with water. Preferably, the refractory structural material contains 30-55wt.% of lightweight aggregate having <=1.5 average specific gravity and 10-50wt.% of cement. As the porous particle, a porous particle mainly comprising silicon oxide and aluminum oxide generated in a process wherein impalpable powder-like smokeless coal as a burning raw material changes to cinder in a boiler is preferable and its particle size is preferably 40-200μm. Preferably, 10-25wt.% of gypsum is mixed into the structural material to increase refractory property. High-early strength cement is preferable as the cement.
