PURPOSE:To uniformize a composition and to provide the prescribed physical properties to the whole thermal sprayed coating by allowing grinding pieces and scraping pieces to act on a raw material layer pressed against the internal surface of a casing by means of centrifugal force and forming a granular composite spraying material by means of thermal melting and sticking. CONSTITUTION:A casing 4 is driven and rotated at high speed, and granular raw materials from a feeder 19 is pressed against the inside peripheral surface 4a of the casing by means of centrifugal force. Grinding pieces 9a and scraping pieces 9b relatively rotating with respect to the casing 4 are allowed to act on the raw material layer formed by pressing, Mutual raw materials are subjected to thermal melting and sticking by means of agitation and mixing by the scraping pieces 9b and generation of heat by the grinding pieces 9a and granulated into fine spherical state by means of compressive into frictional actions by the grinding pieces 9a. By this method, the mixing and dispersion of the raw materials can microscopically be carried out, and also the respective compositions of the resulting granules of the composite spraying material can be uniformized. As a result, the physical properties of the coating layer after thermal spraying can be controlled to the prescribed physical properties all over with certainty. |
