<p>PURPOSE:To shorten an installing time, improve a finished state and a dew formation. CONSTITUTION:In a fixing device for an air conditioner in which partition plates 13a and 13b having longitudinal holes 13c arranged therein in such a direction as one in which a main body device 2 of the air conditioner is inserted are fixed inside an installing frame 7 with some screws 14, the screws 14 are loosened to enable the partition plates 13a, 13b to be slid in a forward or a rearward direction against the installing frame 7. Accordingly, the extremity ends of the partition plates 13a, 13b can be set in flush with a wall surface, a clearance between a front grill 3 of the air conditioner fixed and the wall surface can be eliminated and at the same time its size can always be kept at a specified size in view of a thickness of the front surface grill 3 by cuts and rised portions 15. Accordingly, a clearance between the front end of the main body device 2 and a rear surface of the front surface grill 3 can also be eliminated. In addition, the partition plates 13a and 13b are made integral to each other to enable a work to be simplified.</p> |
