<p>PURPOSE:To effectively collect a perfluoroalkylsulfonic acid fluoride by bringing a gas contg. the fluoride into contact with a fluorine-base inert solvent. CONSTITUTION:A gas contg. a perfluoroalkylsulfonic acid fluoride or especially a gas formed by the electrolytic fluorination of an alkylsulfonic acid, alkylsulfonic acid fluoride or alkylsulfonic acid chloride is brought into contact with a fluorine-base inert solvent and collected. A gas contg. a perfluoroalkylsulfonic acid fluoride is industrially collected in this way. A material inert both to a perfluoroalkylsulfonic acid fluoride and the gas mixed with the fluoride such as 6-20C perfluoroalkane and perfluoro-alkylamine is used as the fluorine-base inert solvent.</p> |
