PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circuit system to be used for very high speed multiple communication so as to form multiplexed signals in a simple circuit configuration. SOLUTION: A constant (k) type circuit is formed as a delay circuit having a time constant respectively determined for every delay time in plural domains based on an inductance 11 provided for a conductive line and the gate capacitance of a static induction transistor(SIT) 12 while using the inductance 11 and the said gate capacitance, a synchronizing signal 13 is impressed to the input terminal of this constant (k) type circuit and successively propagated to the respective domains while using the said time constant, the input signal is impressed to the SIT 12 in each domain and as the synchronizing signal 13 is propagated through the respective domains by the said time constant, a signal corresponding to the respective channels of the input signal is outputted from the respective domains, multiplexed and clustered. |
