Arachidonic and/or eucosapentaenic acid derivatives are compounds of formula: R-XH wherein R is acid residue of arachidonic or eucosapentaenic acid; X is N-heterocyclic base. Before grain is treated, compounds are dissolved in water. EFFECT: compounds used for preparing grain for storage make operations safer.
