PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically carry out the tuning of a frequency for a RF- accelerating system of a cyclotron for manufacturing PET isotope. SOLUTION: A controlled frequency oscillator 5 generates a RF signal having a prescribed frequency for accelerating ion beams in a cyclotron, and a matched power-transmission line 2 is connected to an RF system 10, and it the power is supplied. A load phase sensor 8 connected between the RF signal generator and the matching power-transmitting line 2, supplies a detected load phase to a feedback amplifier 9 for generating an error signal connected to the controlled frequency oscillator 5 which is controlled for minute tuning of the frequency to the controlled frequency oscillator 5, and thereby the frequency of the RF power signal is optimized so as to transmit high voltage for driving the RF accelerating system of the cyclotron to the maximum extent.
