PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure the strong lock action without thickening a lock plate, and to secure smooth displacement caused by lock releasing operation. SOLUTION: The downward extending lock claw parts 3 are formed in large numbers at intervals in the rail lengthwise direction in the upper inside edge part of a lower rail 1 formed in a cross-sectional almost U-shape. A lock plate 10 is held in the central vertical surface part 2a of an upper rail 2 formed in a cross-sectional almost inverse almost T-shape. The lock plate 10 has the main body part 10a positioned on one surface side of the central vertical surface part 2a and the first/second extended parts 10b, 10c extended to the other surface side of the central vertical surface part 2a from the main body part 10a. The locking opening part 20 for locking/releasing the lock claw parts 3 is formed in the third extended part 10b. The displacement regulating part 21 engaged with the locking opening part 20 is formed in the upper rail 2 so that the displacement regulating part 21 is directly positioned on the side of the lock claw parts 3 engaged with the locking opening part 20. Lock releasing operating force is inputted to the second extended part 10c.
