PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical disk with which the physical copying of the information recorded as fine rugged shapes (pits) is difficult. SOLUTION: This optical disk consists of two substrates 1, 5 respectively having joint surfaces 1a, 5a, has a substrate surface formed with pit arrays of fine patterns and reflection layers 2, 4 on at least one surface of these joint surfaces 1a, 5a and is constituted by bonding the joint surfaces 1a, 5a to each other by using an adhesive layer 6. The reflection layers 2, 4 are not formed on the side inner than at least >=5 mm from the outer periphery of the disk and the adhesive layer 6 is disposed to the side nearer the outer periphery by at least >=5 mm than the reflection layers 2, 4. |
