PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a photoelectric conversion characteristic and durability when in a photoelectric conversion element by including one or more kinds of specific cross- linked polymer and specific compound. SOLUTION: An electrolyte contains a cross-linked polymer obtained by reacting an electrophilic agent not less than two functionalities with a high molecular compound having a repeating unit expressed by formula I and one or more kinds of a compound group expressed by formula II and formula III. In the formula I, R1 represents an alkyl group having the hydrogen or carbon number of 1 to 4, Z represents a heterocyclic group containing nitrogen, and A represents a repeating unit induced from a compound containing an ethylenic unsaturated group. (x) and (y) respectively and independently represent the mole composition ratio (%) of the repeating unit, and 5<=x<=100 and 0<=y<=95 are realized. In the formula II, III, R2 and R3 respectively and independently represent an alkyl group or the like, E represents a single bond, an alkylene group or the like, (a), (b) and (c) respectively and independently represent 0 or 1, R4 represents a cyano group or the like, D represents -O-, -OC(O)- or the like, and R5 represents a heterocyclic group, an alkyl group having the heterocyclic group or the like. |
