PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a brushless DC motor, whose coil occupancy rate volume is reduced for reducing the size and thickness of the motor, and furthermore to reduce assembling man-hours while the performance of the motor is maintained. SOLUTION: A rotor 2, consisting of an annular permanent magnet 21 with a plurality of pairs of poles, a pair of yokes 11 and 12 which are shifted from each other by an electrical angle of 180 deg., a single stator coil 3 which excites the pair of yokes 11 and 12, a Hall device 4 which detects the flux of the rotor 2 and detects the present position of the rotor 2 and a control circuit 5 which has a high gain simplifier 51 which amplifies the output signal of the Hall device 4 and an amplifier 52 which reverses the output of the high gain amplifier 51, are provided. The stator coil 3 is connected between the output terminals of the two amplifiers 51 and 52. |
