PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a colored photosensitive resin composition capable of imparting a sufficient process margin in a developing step when a color filter is produced. SOLUTION: The colored photosensitive resin composition contains (A) a (meth)acrylic copolymer using a (meth)acrylate compound of formula I [where R1 is H or methyl, R2 is 1-15C alkyl and each of (m) and (n) is a number of 0-50 independently] as one monomer and having carboxyl groups in its molecule, (B) a photopolymerizable monomer, (C) a photopolymerization initiator, (D) a coloring material and (F) a solvent. |
