摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crimping device for anisotropically conductive adhesive film capable of replacing various thermo-compression bonding heads and allowing high-precision thermo-compression bonding at a low cost. SOLUTION: This crimping device 1 for anisotropically conductive adhesive film is provided with a fixing means 7 for holding a thermo-compression bonding head 4 at the locked state to a head holder 3. The fixing means 7 is provided with a forked wedge-shaped lock member 71. A storage space section 31 capable of storing a lock section 42 provided on the thermo-compression bonding head 4 is formed on the holder main body 30 of the head holder 3. The lock member 31 is inserted into the storage space section 31 via the opening section 30a of the holder main body 30 of the head holder 3, and the lock section 42 of the thermo-compression bonding head 4 is suspended on the lock member 71. The head holder 3 and the thermo-compression bonding head 4 are positioned by positioning means 46, 47 using linear ball bearings.
