METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR PRINTING INFORMATION TO WORM TYPE OPTICAL DISK

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for assuring stable information printing to the label surface of a WORM(write-once-read-many) type optical disk and a printer to be used in the same method. SOLUTION: This method is characterized in that a fixing agent of printing ink (for example, transparent lacquer) is coated after the printing is performed on the label surface of the WORM type optical disk. The printer is provided with a print head for injecting the printing ink and a printing ink for injecting the fixing agent of the printing ink.
