METHOD FOR COMPLEMENTING APPROXIMATE GRAPHIC

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To display an approximate graphic by the inclinations or curves of an original graphic in the case of displaying an analytical result drawing for thermal analysis e.g. as an approximate graphic. SOLUTION: In the case of converting an original graphic having segments not parallel with orthogonal meshes into an approximate graphic consisting of plural elements parallel with the orthogonal meshes, the method complements the approximate graphic. In this case, an intersection vertically crossing the original graphic is found out from a required characteristic point on the approximate graphic intersecting the orthogonal meshes, the intersection is set up as a characteristic point on the original graphic corresponding to the required characteristic point on the approximate graphic and from the required characteristic point on the approximate graphic, the corresponding characteristic point on the original graphic is complemented.
