The invention concerns an in-line roller skate comprising a flexible boot (1), a frame (2) and removable means maintaining the boot (1) on the frame (2). The frame (2) extends along longitudinal and transversal directions. The skate comprises a platform (3) designed to receive a portion at least of the boot (1) sole (4). The skate is characterised in that the platform (3) is mobile in at least one direction relative to the frame (2) so as to vary the transverse space requirement of the assembly comprising the platform (3) and the frame (2).
