PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a curved surface changeable by detecting a loop which is formed by editing the shape of a boundary curve consisting of plural segments via a 1st detection means in every segment, detecting a loop which is formed out of plural segments via a 2nd detection means and then eliminating these detected loops. SOLUTION: The boundary curves A0 and A1 which are designated by the operation input signals received from an operation input part are inputted to the curve extraction parts 11A and 11B respectively. The part 11A extracts the curve A0 out of both curves A0 and A1 and outputs the curve A0 to a curve deforming part 12, and the part 11B extracts the curve A1 and outputs it to the part 12. The part 12 generates the deformed curves A0 and A1 and outputs them to a loop elimination parts 13A and 13B respectively. The parts 13A and 13B detect the loops of both curves A0 and A1 in every segment, eliminate and output the detected loops to a synthesizing part 14 where the boundary curves are synthesized.
