摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reproduce a transmission side clock by a highly accurately stable frequency without unrequired jitters by determining comparison reference signals capable of absorbing stuff jitters from stuff information, comparing phase difference signals with the comparison reference signals and controlling VCXO by the error. SOLUTION: A stuff information separation circuit 1 separates and outputs the stuff information, a transmission side clock number generation circuit 2 generates a transmission side clock number form the stuff information and a comparison reference signal generation circuit 3 generates the comparison reference signals from the transmission side clock number. A reception side clock number generation circuit 8 counts the clock number of reception side sampling clocks for each fixed cycle and a phase difference generation circuit 4 integrates the difference value of the clock number on a transmission side and a reception side and generates a phase difference. A comparator circuit 5 compares the comparison reference signals with the phase difference and generates error signals and a digital filtering circuit 6 performs digital filtering from the error signals and obtains control signals for controlling the frequency.
