摘要 Sausages with concentric layers can be produced by threading sheaths over a series of supports. The sheath (25) is inflated with air (4) and passed over a threader (12) and stuffer. The tip of the threader (21) can be adjusted according to the size of the sausage. The sausage is supported in a trough during stuffing.
