PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a credit transaction to be executed while a credit terminal receives card invalid data. SOLUTION: A main processing part 5 requires the down-load processing of card invalid data to an invalid data DLL processing part 7 and down-loaded invalid data is stored in a card invalid data storage part 8. When the credit transaction occurs during this, the main processing part 5 requests an authorizing data processing part 6 to execute the processing. The processing part 6 prepares authorized data and transmits an electronic message obtained by combining invalid data DLL response and authorized data to an invalid data host through a communication control part 9. The invalid data host separates the electronic message, transmits authorized data to a host for authorization, combines a processing result and invalid data and transmits it to the credit terminal. The credit terminal separates reception data in the communication control part 9 and executes respective processings.
