PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a matrix code capable of containing a large quantity of information in a minute area within a card in a short time, with high security and in a card issue mode by placing two-dimensionally the matrix code in a way where the binary value or more can be identified. SOLUTION: An information card 4 has a matrix code 3 which is set on a card base material 7, and the code 3 is two-dimensionally placed in a way where the binary value or more can be identified and then coded. For instance, a (16×16)-matrix code is used as the code 3. In other words, the minute dot data cells of >=2 different colors, e.g. 'white and black' are equivalent to one bit of storage capacity and show '1 and 0' in the matrix code. Based on this information, a specific array is performed to the code 3 and then the code 3 is coded and two-dimensionally arranged. Thus, the code 3 can store a large quantity of information and is placed on the top surface of the card body 4. |
