PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a network connection system with which a user can easily acquire the required information through an easy connection to network at various places while using an IC card. SOLUTION: In the system in which an information bulletin board 3 provided in various facilities is connected through a server 21 of a control center 2 to the Internet, a member's card 1 storing personal information on a non-contact IC card is respectively issued to the user, each information bulletin board 3 reads the personal information transmitted from the member's card 1 presented by the user through an R/W antenna 33 and discriminates information on the user based on that personal information, only the information related to the user is collected by accessing the network through the server 21, and this collected information is displayed on a display part 31. The user confirms the display information on the display part 31 and performs the retrieval of information or transmission of message through an input part 32. |
